We needed a naturally processed coffee as our Christmas coffee because of the amazing flavours the process yields.
Coffee cherries are tank dried for 18-24 hours, and then dried in the sun on raised beds. the coffee is grown by U Win Aung Kyaw, who has been roasting coffee since 1975. He is known as the ‘Godfather’ of the industry in Myanmar.
