We roast Monday to Thursday for wholesale orders. 

We aim to furfill all orders placed on a Monday for a Thursday delivery. Currently with our local couriers if we are able to we will delivery sooner we will - if this is inconvient let us know. If you require an urgent delivery let us know and we will do what we can.

Firstly place your order, confirmation will follow, and within 24-48 an invoice will be issued. Please use a credit or debit card, or the details on the invoice to make a timely payment. Dispatch notifications will be issued when your order is completed.

From time to time certain coffees posted here may have sold out. If this is the case we will contact you directly with either an amendment and recommend a substitution.

If Tea, Chai or Cafe Kit are unexpectedly unavailable or sold out Jericho Coffee Traders will let you know when inventory is due.

For orders placed over the weekend please allow us until Monday to confirm your order.

Roast Policy

Our coffee tastes best at least 7 days from roast date.

Orders will be dispatched using stock roasted within a maximum of 7 days prior to the order being placed.

You may receive coffee roasted on the day of your order being placed, we strongly recommend resting this coffee for 7 days before opening. Please see the coffee pack for roast date.

UK mainland - estimated per order

Free UK shipping on any order over £250.00
