La Estrella (Short run) Coffee, Coffee

This coffee comes from our friend, John, who owns the Green Collection. He always has really exciting coffees on offer.

Finca La Estrella is situated in Tolima, in the centre-west of Colombia, in the middle of the FARC controlled conflict zone. Coffee cherries are sealed for 200 hours, which helps the fermentation process and brings out their fruity flavours.
