Farm Profile: This coffee is produced in the Woreda of Adola from coffees produced by 1,470 smallholder farmers in the region. Located around 2,050 masl in predominantly rich, forest and red clay soils, this coffee delivers with big fruity Guji characteristics. The smallholders are also all part of the Kerchanshe smallholder network. This means they receive assistance in terms of health, education and agricultural advice from Israel’s team as well as benefitting from second payments premiums as a reward for quality.
